A Counseling Initiative-Building Dreams and Confidence at Panvel School
Manpravah Foundation visited a school in Vadghar, Panvel, engaging with around 250 students from 5th, 6th, and 7th grades, primarily girls. The day-long program included impactful activities such as acts demonstrating the effects of bad habits, teaching animal breathing techniques, and taking a pledge against child marriage. After lunch, students participated in circle activities like envisioning their future through drawings, self-esteem-building exercises, and a fun introduction to hormones. Basic tapping therapy sessions were conducted to improve concentration, followed by a prize distribution to celebrate students excelling in academics, sports, arts, and crafts. The day concluded on a positive and empowering note!

Visit to Dr. N.M. Jadhav Foundation Intellectual Disability Special School
The Manpravah Foundation team visited Dr. N.M. Jadhav Foundation’s special school for children with intellectual disabilities in Panvel. We engaged the children in fun activities like drawing and hand coordination exercises. To spread smiles, we performed a comedy act and danced with them, creating joyful moments. Additionally, we organized a food campaign and shared sweets, making it a memorable day for everyone involved.

Voting Awareness Campaign at Panvel Station
Manpravah Foundation organized a voting awareness campaign at Panvel Station to encourage citizens to exercise their right to vote. Our volunteers passionately appealed to people, emphasizing the importance of voting for a brighter future for the next generation. The campaign resonated with impactful slogans like “Voting is not only a right, but also a responsibility.” This initiative inspired many commuters to reflect on their role in shaping the nation.

Shantivan School Visit : Collab with ITM, Kharghar
Manpravah Foundation, in collaboration with ITM students, organized a compelling event at Shantivan School on December 10, shedding light on the critical issue of alcohol, tobacco, and cigarette addiction among children. The impactful skit and dance performances aimed to raise awareness about the harmful effects of these substances and educate the 350 children present.

Chive Aashram School Visit
On August 27, 2023, the Manpravah Foundation, during its health camp at Chive Ashram School in Raigad for children aged 5 to 16, conducted valuable counseling sessions. These sessions were designed to offer emotional support, guidance, and a safe environment for the kids to express their thoughts and feelings. The Foundation’s commitment to the holistic well-being of these young individuals was evident in the care and attention provided during these counseling sessions.

Vavloli Aashram School
On July 16, 2023, we had the pleasure of visiting Vavloli Ashram School. The foundation distributed essential items like blankets, notebooks, stationary, and snacks to the children residing there. It was heartwarming to see the kids joyfully dancing with our entire team, making the day truly memorable.
Clothes & Bicycle Donation Camp
Manpravah Foundation gifted brand new bicycles to underprivileged students at ZP’s Shiv, a small village in Alibaug. With long distances to travel becoming a hindrance to their education, we aim to ensure that these students can now attend school with ease, empowering them to pursue their dreams.

Camp At Talekhar School in Alibaug
Manpravah Sanstha has adopted a 68-fold school at Shivgaon, Alibag and has taken the responsibility to provide whatever help the school and the children need. On February 27, 2022, we visited this school for the fourth time. During this time, the organization had organized some competitions and games to promote the artistic talents of the children.

Food Donation Camps
From May 12-19, in the midst of the devastating second wave of the pandemic, the powerful Cyclone Tauktae struck India’s west coast and killed more than 100 people. This was the deadliest cyclone in the Arabian Sea over the last decade. Due to so much of loss our Manpravah foundation team helped them by giving food like grains, onion, potatoes etc and basic clothes for all ages.
Vitbhatti Camp
Manpravah Foundation extended a heartfelt hand to the children working at Vitbhatti. With generous donations, we provided much-needed support, offering them a chance at education, healthcare, and a brighter future. Together, we’re breaking barriers and empowering young lives.

Taukhte Cyclon in Alibaug (Raigad)
Responding to the crisis. When the cyclone struck Alibaug, leaving people hungry and deprived of basic necessities for days, Manpravah Foundation stepped in to provide essential support. We donated food and clothes to those in need, helping them during their difficult times.

Stress management camp for 10th & 12th Class
Under the guidance of renowned Psychologist, Dr. Sukumar Munje, the ‘Stress Relief Camp’ unfolded for 10th and 12th graders at Loknete Ramseth Thakur English Medium School, Kamothe. Through interactive sessions, students gained invaluable stress management techniques, equipping them for academic success. Dr. Munje’s expertise illuminated the path to conquering stress and fostering resilience.
